20moTrending @Wipro; I resigned - moving on
Hey guys,
I've decided to quit my job at Wipro. After facing too much work pressure, no salary hikes since joining, and dealing with office politics, it was time for a change. Here are a few things I've learned:
- Be careful about trusting your manager and colleagues, especially those in the same project. Some might hurt you just for a small raise.
- Not everyone is like this; some people will genuinely support you.
- Don’t let work take over your life. Spend time learning new skills instead of doing unimportant tasks.

Just try to get an offer outside before dropping paper even though it's not your desired pay. And then after dropping paper try searching rigorously until you land on your desired pay.

Do you have to serve notice period of 90 days or is there an early release option?
