I resigned last week. Have sent resignation mail to manager and HR, and HR replied with my LWD which will be in September , but no one discussed if package could be revised and I could be retained. Will it happen later??

Why will they retain you. It happens in rare cases when manager requests to retain the employee and HR initiates meeting to discuss compensation. Hope you have offer
