I resigned from TCS at senior architect level. TCS guys didn't disclose this to the client untill 15 days to my lwd.

My client is not ready to keave me now they started negotiation with me. Pathetic HR. worst Management.

Sounds frustrating, mate. Sometimes communication gaps can cause such mess. Maybe consider the offer if it suits you, but trust your gut.
