Trending @Cognizant; I resigned from CTS

I'm on bench since 50days. HR called and asked me to resign. And said that "Will pay 3months net salary and 2months gross salary after 45days".

I don't know, if these salary will credit or not. Any thoughts? Is there anybody got credited? Please confirm here ...

No you won't get them paid. Record all the conversation and keep the chats mails and everything safe. Same happened to my junior. He agreed and resigned the job and the Lords of Cognizant gave him 45000 which is not even his net salary

No u can't .... after u submit resignation, u will get relieved within 2days and u should submitur laptop and id card . After the clearance i.e. 45days , the amount will credited to your account. That's what they said

  1. Gross Salary: This is the total salary offered by the employer, which includes basic pay, allowances (like HRA, travel, etc.), bonuses, and other benefits before any deductions. It's essentially the full earnings of an employee before taxes and other deductions.

  2. Net Salary: This is the actual amount an employee takes home after all deductions have been made from the gross salary. Deductions can include income tax, provident fund contributions, insurance premiums, and other statutory deductions.
