My husband works in dubai and currently I am working in cognizant (Remotely). My husband planned vacation for me and wants me to come to dubai for 2 months. So in this case can I carry my company laptop without informing my manager and continue work from there?

They are also going to terminate me or ask me to resign. Can you tell me about the severance pay thing. Like how much they give or how much you ask them and whether they agreed on that or not ?
