
Trending @Cognizant; I resigned but HR is giving 30% hike max.
In Feb, I resigned after getting an offer of 17LPA from LTIMindtree. Now CTS HR contacted and told me that CTS can give max 30% after checking offer letter of other company.
Till now I am ok to get retained on this.
Now I might get offer from TCS but ctc is not discussed yet. Suppose before TCS offer I revoke my resignation and then get TCS offer. If I resign again then what will happen? Or I can wait for a week for TCS offer before revoking even if CTC updated in CTS.

I would recomment to not stay in cts and not revoke your resignation. You will better find other opportunities..

Don’t revoke resignation. You might get better offers during the notice period. By staying back you will be leaving room for regrets which will destroy your peace of mind.
Also, I read in another post that the cts HR changed their promises for someone after revoking resignation. Knowing how bad and toxic cts HR are I think that might be true and can happen for you as well.
Don't let any sense of pressure or urgency make you take a bad hasty decision. Grass is always greener than cts.
