uto approved till some days.. after that it goes to exceptional approval to manager... That's how it is for me

If you apply exceptional WFH occasionally , it won’t be a problem. But if you apply more no of time monthly , you will get mail from delivery manager for applying exceptional WFH. If it not reasonable and will be taken disciplinary action. Don’t neglect that they are getting auto approved
