I recieved D band
My package was 3.74 LPA and they have given me D band and I want to switch company, will the decrement affects me to switch the company?
I am scared about this please share me your thoughts and suggestions on the same🙏
Don't worry. This will not affect you. When they ask for the last CTC , share the one with better salary and say , I did not get hike. But do not lie. If they ask latest salary slip and ask why the figure is less , tell them the explanation. But whenever they ask the salary number always share the bigger quote. Because it can happen that HR person go blindly based on the digit to calculate new salary and you will not be there to explain.

This decrease will not affect much in outside market as per your current package. Once your Crack interview ask for good hike.

This should not affect much. Most of the companies will ask for last 3 months of salary slip. You can negotiate with them for the salary.
