21moTrending @Cognizant; I recently received an email regarding RTO. It says to work from office at least 4days a week effective from 2024-04-07. Did any of u receive a similar mail. If yes then pls let me know ur course of action & what your manager said on this

My manager gave me exception to work from home because office is 70 kms from me. I have also received this email on Friday. Simply ignore it if you have permission from your manager to WFH.

I live 600kms away from office dude😂....plus my manager said it's your decision whether to go or not...none of my team members are going as of now. But I'm a lil tensed abt the whole situation in the organisation

Guys adding on this, for now I’ve also ignored this and continue to Wfh. But I haven’t discussed anything related to it from my manager or Lead since they’re from some other location, and neither they have asked me . I think I should wait until there is some direct communication to me from manager or Hr …
