Hi everyone, I just got an offer from Capgemini and wanted to get some insights from current or former employees. • How is the work culture at Capgemini? • How are projects allocated after onboarding? • Is there a customer/client interview after onboarding, or are we directly assigned to a project?

Work culture depends on project. For A grades/freshers client interviews are less/no what I've seen but above that grade mostly client interviews will be there. If you got hired for bench and not for specific project then RMG will connect for projects. All days office for bench resources.
