I received an offer from Capgemini 8 lpa fixed and hcl 9 lpa(fixed + variable pay) which one needs to choose?

go to Capgemini. HCL is just another Indian company with no proper culture. You will see good IT culture in CG. Also the client base is good in CG. I was in CG for 4 years .

Fixed one… but i heard hcl is better than cap
