I received 18% Variable pay today even after maintaining 100% WFO till now. My Grade is C3B. How much % you got and in which grade ?

I got 57% after 80-84% WFO status. But it’s showing 100% in 2Office . It is the lowest QVA I get till now with C3A grade even after getting appreciation from client. In previous QVA where my WFO is about 30-40% I got 70-75% quarterly bonus. Still don’t understand how to make company happy by doing good job or not.
