I really want to switch from tcs obviously beacuse of the salary reasons. People my age are reaching heights in respect to salary . I have reached that point in my life where fear and comfort zone is at peak. How to do the first switch ?
@Flyhighbub take it easy, don’t enter into fomo(fear of missing) it’s absolutely fine. You have had enjoyed enough that comfort zone during your time as you said, so don’t regret anything. All is good!
People achieved good packages then they lost jobs for sometime, this is part and parcel of everyone’s career story, we often heard and experiened this around the corners.
Comfort yourself, don’t take pressure, better give attention to prepare on learning more to earn more.
Pick a skill that brings joy to you while learning within a timebound approach. Know your “fear”, if it is upskilling , don’t struggle find easy one.
Face as much interviews you can! Remember the one taking interview had seen failures/rejections too.
Enrich your mindset to gain confidence. Immediately involve yourself in upskilling any that seems easy to you.
Remember to nurture mindset instead of torturing it.
