I really want to quit TCS
Hey all, I am a exchange admin with 10 YOE. I was initlaly part of the Service Desk
I joined TCS in 2016. My Income is 11 LPA. I know for a fact that my Project is shitty and all they do is promise Onsite and just for that I stayed this long.
Any Suggestions on what should I do?
Planning to take transfer to near my city or just quit What is better

I think for quitting decision, you also need to account the opinions of the people that are dependent on you. So, getting transferred to a nearby city might be a good choice. If you are switching, I hope you find an organization where you find the balance. Better late than never.
Yeah, given the toxic nature of my Managers, My wife recommended a lot of times that I quit but I am the bread earner in the family and I have a son who just turned 1 this year Challenge is that I am not even getting calls from other companies and when I ask for 20L package given my experience, no one gives a call back

Hi, with 10 yrs exp, please utilize linkedin or your colleagues or peer network for getting a job nearby to native, expect a 50% to 75% hike.
Plan a third switch again after 2 yrs and keep doing so.

Make things worse for your project leads and clients.

Keep ur notice period as ready to join and start attending interviews and ul get an idea on how ur demand is in market then decide whether to resign or switch
