Trending @Accenture; I raised an Exception request for WFH due to a family member's medical emergency and my people lead approved it. But my HR rejected it.

My HR whilst our conversation was going on for days just pasted a typical template. The HR didn't even responded to Teams message where I was asking if any proof is needed I'll provide it if required. How to handle this? Because as a sole physical enough caregiver I need to be available.

He called me was trying get every mini details about even like where are you right now and all? I became angry at certain point. Then he told me my medical certificate doesn't seems to be valid and the doctor seems to be fake. I don't consider him a doctor.
I recorded this. Now the doctor has filed a case against HR for defaming him 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Block Power apps on your home network take screenshots of you trying to open it at least 4-5 time with different time and then send email to your leads stating you would be working from home and you were not able to raise exception as tool isn't opening for you.
