Yes, I frustrated when received this promotion letter. I call hr and took all my anger on hr. They are telling this is not way to talk to hr. I told my manager to revert my promotion. But it is not possible

Same. I got promoted to TA after exact 3 years. Package is a bit okay from 4.16Lpa to 6.83. but still underpaid based on the average 13-14hrs i work. So i am also looking for a switch now

I got promoted after 3.7yrs that too after asking multiple times, and I am better working than any in our team reachable to everyone all the time and ready to help, still got 5.3.... It all depends on manager...
