I passed pip assessment still pip is not closed

Hi everyone I passed the pip assessment and got good reviews from the manager and reviewer still my HR is not giving me rating and closing my pip ...she is delaying the process I don't know why I have asked her but not reverting What shall I do now

Of u cleared pip means
U know azure, cloud Etc .. Apply Outside Make use of this

Congratulations most of them didn't clear PIP
HR is waiting for higher management approval if they give green light u will retain

Why were you sent to pip ? How much they had given to clear pip exam? What all technologies were part of this pip program?
