If you are on bench, they might be contacting you for roles, sometimes people drop a 'Hi' just to let you reply and then they'll spill the things And as said in the comments, if the above is not the case and you are a woman, you might wanna remove your teams dpm

I replied to one person once and they asked if I could call them. I told them I am already in a project but they kept insisting. So I asked them to double check the name.

Maybe others are like this too. I have stopped replying now that it happens multiple times a week.

Removed my dp. Hopefully it will help.
