Is it possible to get permanent work from home Job at reputed big companies I searched on Naukri.com but no job security, they are small companies, Getting worried, what will happen if I leave TCS, Will I regret? everything is he in TCS but no WFH, I am ready to upskill myself. not sure which companies are hiring for Permanent WFH. any suggestions please
Leaving TCS for permanent WFH is risky. Big companies rarely offer permanent WFH. Stick to TCS, upskill, and wait for better opportunities. Small companies lack job security. Don't leave TCS hastily.
Thanks and You are right but I have to leave TCS for few reasons, for example. I want to go back to hometown I don't like the traffic, the Daily commute, high rent and life in a metro etc. I Still Remember that WFH during COVID. I want to live in a small city. In the city where I grew up. I think I am ok with even 30k a month. That's what I feel.
