Use myapps website on your home laptop or something and try.

You mean you are not able to access the withdrawal portal or is it that your asset itself is not working ?

My colleague faced the same last year around this time and it got fixed when the new FY started. We were under the impression they disabled it on purpose as FY was ending. But nobody was there to help.
