I was trying to calculate my daily salary, but getting confused if I need to divide the monthly salary with 30 or 31 or number of working days in a month that is 22. Can someone please tell me the correct way to calculate my daily salary?

It depends upon the application of your calculations. If you are trying to compare your per day rate (money that company charges for your deployment on projects) with your per day earning then you should divide it by 20. If it's some other use then it may differ

Per day salary: Divide your annual salary by 365.
Fine tune it to remove weekends, leaves, or any other non-working days as per your use case of why you are calculating your daily salary.
