I need to quit my job for my medical issues

I have been off boarded from one of the ibm project and other project is in the KT stage due to lower back pain Im thinking that ill quit the job and liv india for 2 years for my treatment in this case will they release me early ? As i cant walk i cant work do nothing please do answer if you have seen any of your friends got this type of release
