Open ultimatix in your personal laptop and download those there or else you can use send to email option in my documents

Use toffeshare from company laptop to send it to your mobile. It can be opened in any browser.

Open ultimatix and go to my document and there is option to send ur personal document like payslip forms and all through official channel to ur personal email id... then u can send it anywhere..
