Trending @Accenture; I need to change my domain to DATA
I joined accenture on August 2024 as a fresher . I’m a July 2024 graduate in AIML . I had two months of training , later I got offer for project , manager told me that ML will be used and automation will be there . so , I joined the project , after 3 months I get to know that —- it’s just UI and sending mails and closing events , it’s 24/7 project. 24/7 is fine but it’s not a knowledgeable project and everything which he told was lie . I did not get opportunity to upload any certification in iAspire . I searched but there is no option I’m not able to apply to other projects in gateway ,idk why .
I also asked manger to remove me from project, but he is still manipulating me and not allowing me. It’s been more than a year now . I am tagged to security . - support engineer I’m more interested in DATA , ML, AI . I tried reached out to may people in accenture - they just tell me I’ll let you know if there are vacancies . If I try to change my company , WHAT SHOULD I WRITE IN MY RESUME ? I’m so confused and stressed .
I feel , Just because I asked my manager to remove from project he gave me 2.5% bonus as 11% hike 🙃
😭same happened with me. You never able to change internally. May be by luck. But trying internally is definitely waste of time. Since you have joined one year ago. You still have time. Please start applying other companies. AI ML degree high in demand.
Just learn from external sources,build some basic projects and once you feel confident put papers and start applying.Just continuing without interest in the project will eat your prime time.All the best
