I am a 2024 passout. Currently working as a Full stack developer in Angular, .Net. Looking for a job switch.

1. Resume ATS score:80
2. Frequently ssk for referrals in LinkedIn
3. Apply through wellfound, naukri, linkdin, career sites

I want suggestions is there any change in approach required for getting call back after applying for job openings.
