Trending @Accenture; I need some help

I have gone through MTP(medical termination of pregnancy) recently and as per Accenture policy i should get 6 weeks of paid leaves.

My team lead told me like these 6 weeks of leaves will be raised in myte as earned leave and casual leave(they won't give any separate leaves it will be taken from my earned and casual leave) lam very confused

Your team lead is wrong. Accenture policy clearly states 6 weeks paid leave for MTP, not from earned or casual leave.

She used all my earned leaves and casual leaves and now am left with no leaves

Already iam been through alot and now I don't know what to do

What do you mean by she used? Reach out to your HR and make changes to myTE if necessary
