So I am an 2024 fresher who have complete fundamentals knowledge of programming and all even made some projects and learned alot whole my Bachelor's of computer applications from a reputed colleg working as customer service representative in the HCL the great organisation and when I joined it HR didn't not told me that it's a CSR job role the work will be like this and now currently I am stuck here that time I was searching for a job so at the situation when I am looking for a job in a metro city so I can pay my rent and I took this decision and right now my earning is less then the overtime of my seniors and I am earning zero skills here and I am struggling everyday IDK how I can left it and what I will do
If someone can help me it will be great for me 🙏

Just keep looking for opportunities and switch as soon as possible, even if you have to pay for it..
They want six months working in project and 2 month notice period after that I can only left how can I left it ?
30 day Notice period daal ker new job dekh lo yha kuch nhi ho skta ,only skill kharab hogi . Aajbkalbye resignation dali turant release kar rhebhai profit dikhane ke liye .
Pick a good course and try to do fundamental certification, when you Leave your current job create your job profile as per your certification, find a new job , you can learn skills by yourself don't be dependent on your employer to give you opportunity.
