I need help. I have job overlap 4 months. Not mentioned in resume

I worked on TCS 5 yrs back. On service notice period for 3 months. I worked on another startup overlap has 4 months. No PF was given at that time. And then I switched 3 companies. All are startups till now. I want to get into MNC again. Will I get rejected on BGC? As I have overlap? Or should mention it in my resume?

how will they know unless you mention in your resume as it's not there in PF history

They can contact the previous company i guess to verify

mostly they won't go till then....last 1-2 companies max.
