I NEED HELP!!!
Hi everyone, I'm fresher and currently I'm working on a project where I'm not getting any kind of support. I was trained in different technology (SAP IBP) and I'm working on different technology (angular), thankfully i had basic knowledge of react and js I'm able to get few things.
Now the problem is that in my current project I'm not getting any support I'm learning and doing things on my own, whenever I ask for help i get it in 2 business days and sometimes even more than that.
I haven't learnt anything here, no support no appreciation for all the work that I've done, i have mentally drained out.
I feel like quitting and never join IT again, i have lost all my skills, the ability to think process and apply all dead, i personally am dead from inside. So dead that I don't want to do anything.
I can't figure what i need to do, i want to quit go home for sometime study learn something new and come back to join a different company.
I hate it here, no support no appreciation, not correcting mistakes nothing, I'm just dumb please help me.

Bhai tu fresher hai. Itna frustrate mat ho na. That's normal stuff in IT. Competition is cut throat, most of them look out for themselves except a few who go out of their way to help others. If you prefer to continue in IT, this is the reality. Get used to it.

I wasn't expecting it to be this way, i used to think people will help if we get stuck but nothing is happening.

I was in same situation bro in previous year , same thing was happening to me that no one is helping and they are assigning multiple task and also I got frustrated but what I need to tell you that if someone is not helping you where ever you stuck take help from other team member in your office , else tell to your manager that this is the thing if this also not work then don’t worry by the time you will be used to it , which happened with me as well. By period of time you’ll get to know that how things are work around. Try to explore from your end ask your client manager as well , ping him I know you are getting nervous to tell him these issues but you have to tell

Well this is reality. I have more than decade experience and here is the scenario we got two freshers in team last year and we trained them and made them independent according to project as these two were replaced after releasing two seniors. Now these two trained we are in hot seat including myself. Should I feel regret for training them thoroughly and made them independent or should I feel ok for helping them??

You should not have trained them! It is not your responsiblity. People need tplo perform themselves because they get thwir salaries. Did they pay a part to from their paycheques? No. You dug up your own grave. You gave up your knowledge for free that you took years to attain.

Toxic place. You’re not the problem so take it easy on yourself. This does happen when you’re senior also. So would be good to brush up soft skills as sometimes I’ve seen the people who are good with that get the most help. Or well you just need to have some benefit for other. I don’t think there’s a way out of this mess other than switching. If you go with new tech though, expect challenges a lot at first and lot of self doubt. If you can sustain without more mental and personal crisis then do it else switch

This is the reality 💫 bro learn from Udemy and apply it , and get a psychiatrist or psychologist counselling if you having sleep 😴 issues , many friends went to counselling and doing good now in IT . So it's standard get help for mental health and recover soon.

Buddy it was happened with me during joining of Accenture as fresher it's normal in corporate i also frustrated that time literally about quite my corporate journey 😑 ignore the things for now focus on ur peace and maintain real life don't add corporate things after working hours over don't ever think about work this is mine personal advice otherwise u will ruined ur own mental peace

Bro be happy you got a development project firstly. And you were able to research and doing the things that will help a lot in future. But I know if there is no support it will be hard... But don't lose hope. Learn the things slowly take your time.. and make some friends in team they will help you..

Mention project name

Hear me out, you'll figure it out somehow and you'll master it. And you'll be thankful for this in the future. Keep learning
You say it's Angular. Why not use Agentic AI as much as possible? I literally do a sprints work in 2 days and chill for 2 weeks.
My tech stack is : React with Typescript in frontend . Python with AWS in backend
