I need guidance on this please suggest

I joined TCS in 2022 but one year I was on the bench ,5 months ago I got allocated to the project and I have achieved 4.53 as my Annual appraisal rating ,but my salary CTC is the same as when I joined ,will I get the hike ,if yes how much hike would I get.? Can I directly ask for the appraisal to the HR or Manager? Please Suggest me one good way to approach for salary hike.

P.S :-My Total experience is 3.2 years
