I need alimony support to stay with my extramarital relationship. Need genuine advice.
Currently undergoing Divorce. My husband is not giving Divorce and purposely delaying the submission of documents.
I know if I ask for a mutual divorce, he will give but I need alimony as well.
How much can I ask him. I earn 30k and he earns 1 lakh per month. I am planning to ask for 2 crores and a house for my daughter. He doesn't have his own properties, can I get a share in his parents properties for my child?
We lived together for 6 months. Is duration considered in deciding alimony?
Recently, I had unprotected sex with a few people, and I'm 4 months pregnant. The Indian law is in my favour - as my husband can't deny the new born and has to support it, though he is not the actual father. Moreover he can't even perform a dna test on the child to prove who the actual father is - it's against Indian laws.
I am planning to shift with him. How do I force him to settle faster? Can I ask for compensation in DV. My advocate is saying let's wait for his counter and decide but my age is also increasing.

Doesn't anyone get it? It's a sarcastic post on Indian judicial system. It's not an actual situation.

Exactly

Lived together for 6 months.
Having a daughter.
4 months pregnant.
👀

Don't do this to him.... Please leave him and let him leave in peace... don't destroy many lives...

I can't be emotional now. I have to be logical.
The Supreme Court and laws have designed a fresh set of laws that are benefitting me. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to maximize my earnings.
My lawyer says, I can go for 2-5 crore minimum. Let's see. God is with us 🤞

He is earning 1L a month..how can you expect 2-5cr..

It's saddening to see how many people in the comment section were unable to comprehend that it was a sarcastic post.
Nobody would post so openly just to get bashed. It's probably someone, fade up with the law, pointing out the heinous gaps in our law, in a sarcastic manner
Good job buddy!

This is a FAKE POST you guys. This person posted exact same post on Fishbowl too.

- You dont have any legal right on his parent property
- Since you are an earning woman, you will get less amount of maintenance. Not more than 20k, for you and your daughter
- If you will demand exorbitant he will refuse

Thank you! But I beg to differ.
My bestie, who works in a call center (earns 10k per month) divorced his husband within the first 6 months (in 2024). Her husband is from a rich background. She and her lawyer applied all the applicable laws, including supernatural sex etc.
And finally she got 2 crores from him and she is now happily married to her another boyfriend and living life like a queen 👑.
Why do you think I can't get any? The new laws are even more benefitting to me and I'll use the maximum laws to get minimum 5 crore. I don't pity on my husband who sacrificed himself and his adulthood!

Hoe learning from hoes !

Nonetheless, this is an intriguing social experiment. This is precisely what Indian men are experiencing today. You're here to get a sense of the genuine mood and behavior of Indian men in these circumstances, not because you're actually doing it. I'd say it's quite sad for them. If there is even a remote possibility, say 0.0001%, that you are indeed the person, then I would argue that you are completely dumb and a devil in disguise. Get a life. You don't deserve to be loved or have a nice, fulfilling life. And I would say it's a good effort if this piece falls under the category I described earlier. Here, you may gain some traction, interaction, and participation from our fellow grapeviners.

Let him live and have guts to earn or get from your boyfriend with whom you are dreaming to live like queen.

No. I can't. That's why I'm minting money from the honourable system - who helps people like us grow and become truly financially independent.
Until there is a system like this, queens like us won't change. We'll mint money from every possible direction.

There is no such system, first read and understand judgements
