is launching your App on playStore or any other platform A Startup? like, I've build an Gaming app , It requires regular payment transactions of thousands as Prizes. The problem is When I researched on it, AI said me to get it legal first coz it Should Follow govt. Acts like Prize Competition Act 1955 and more. I'm a fresher , don't know what to do , App dev. is finished now I'm scared of If anything goes wrong by mistake user can Sue me , registering an Startup costs thousands of rupees , But I don't have enough..
