is launching your App on playStore or any other platform A Startup? like, I’ve build an Gaming app , It requires regular payment transactions of thousands as Prizes. The problem is When I researched on it, AI said me to get it legal first coz it Should Follow govt. Acts like Prize Competition Act 1955 and more.
