Trending @Accenture; I need a suggesstion for one of my friend

He had worked on a company A and his LWD was 24/02 and Joined company B on 28/02 and resigned there on 01/03 and joined Company C on 02/03 but company B given him exit on 19/03 and there is a overlapping of 17 days in his epfo.

Now he want to switch , what are the possible problems he may face? Should he remain in company C as they are not asking any kind of things or he can switch?
