I need a referral for Engineer position in qualcomm..?

I need a referral in qualcomm for Engineer position or like an entry position in embedded, i am currently working in TCS and have 1.3 yoe , I need to switch this year, need guidance regarding how to get into qualcomm and what all should I prepare ..??
