I need a referral for consulting or analyst roles, please help!

I was laid off due to structural changes in the organisation. Now i am looking to pivot myself into analytics as it had been my passion. I have applying on my own since last 3 months but haven't received any such good news. Most of the HRs have taken me to last round, have been ghosted after many assignments, interviews. I have customised my resumes, prepared VPDs, reached out to HRs directly. Agreed for a paycut. It has been pretty disappointing and demotivating.
