Trending @Accenture; I need a project ASAP
Hi everyone,
I joined back in July 2024 as an ASE. Got trained in the stream of my preference (Hadoop and big data). Eventually I have been on the bench for a period of 5 months and counting. Not getting any project calls or even emails. All they send is a support role that too in a period of 1 month.
My training batch had about 20 people in my location and around 16 of them got a project. I'm on Data and AI bench.
If someone could provide assistance or help, I'd be grateful.

I've been trained in the MERN stack and noticed one thing about people getting into stream specific projects.
As giving assessment for the primary role in mycompetency was mandatory, these people have also given assessment in the relevant secondary skills and got shadow hardlocked automatically in the project.
My friends of my training batch got shadow hard locked on the same day as HON. but none of them appeared in any such assessment
