@C_SnowMaster How about leaving some food for strays and caring for them and possibly petting any one of them if they're friendly enough?
I am having similar problem,I have cats at my home and I miss them a lot .Here I cannot keep cat because owner doesn't allow .I thought of finding some shelter where they have cats and I can spend some time with thme but not present here .I have seen one cafe Blue cafe hyd something but they are charging 500 something for 2 hours

Actually I am not into Persians cats or fancy cats ,I have stray cats 5 to be precise at home and I kind of connected to the them .so looking for some shelter .if you find any shelter let me know /such place
