7moI make a soft drink at home but it not stable it fermentation happens in just two days I want give drink to for lab testing .
I want shelf life for at least 15 days for lab testing In my drink there is juice concentrate. , sweetner , citric, malic acid , pectin, ascorbic acid I have no preservative .give me best preparation method that I can give a drink at least 15 days shelf life
