I'm worried that I'm losing opportunities out there

It's been 6 months since I planned to move to a new company. But during the last few months work was heating an d lot of personal commitments started to flow in my life and was completely deviated from what I was planning . And now it's May and I'm completely worried whether I would get offers and thinking after june there won't be any recruitment.
