Trending @Infosys; I'm working in project,every month I'm allocated to bench for ~10 days without prior notice while still working. Is this normal in infosys.

During promotion they will say that you have not completed certain duration allocated to projects so we cannot promote you

Is it common in infosys? Even i have client credentials? And I am working in the project and even attending client calls?

Scam? Will this affected my variable pay? This is happening of all resources in my team?
