
I m very much tensed n stressed. I m posting this for your valuable suggestions
My problem is currently on bench and looking for projects, i have a life threatening medical issue with my husband which requires special attention and care as he cannot do his daily chores without my help and I was taking exception when I was in project. But now as I m in RMG they are torturing like m their maid n threatening saying u r salary will be on hold till u report to RMG. I have shared all the medical documents but still m getting back to back mails. I m attending all the interview calls but when I m saying the interviewer that I wil b going on leave in July for 15 days for my husband operation they r not coming back. I don't want to take leave now n waste it. If they hold salary i will not be able to cover the monthly medical expenses of my husband,i feel like crying. Please help me how to come out of this situation...

Work as how a corporate works, first join the project and ask for exception, if not possible then do WFH only, In starting anyway you will have less works only kts and projects call will be there. Dont tell first that you will be going on leave. When you join the project then you can talk with manager face to face.

Don't tell the projects anything beforehand about your 15 days leave.. Join the project first then understand the project environment. If 15 days EL is permissible then okay..
Or else start with 5 days EL then take remaining SL on the pretext of mental well being.. Get hold of a psychologist and get some diagnosis.
