Don't resign now. You'll definitely get the job for sure then later yu can drop the paper.

But If you have good backup and good hold of finance then you can take risk.

Just tell the recuriter notice period is negotiable and u need to discuss this with HR don't say 90 days

If you don't have EMIs u can resign without an offer. If you dont feel bad about withdrawing resignation, u can resign
