I joined here sept(2024) . I'm currently working on a prod support L2 and L3 Java Tech. I'm not learning anything valuable. I don't think this might take me much ahead . But I'm going blank on this . Any kind ideas or thoughts would be very helpful.

Learn TQ in Accenture, try to switch as much as possible,not necessarily org switch but also within organisation switch roles
