I'm serving notice period resigned 8th August. I want to prepare for the interviews but my manager assigned me work. Can I stop

My question is that can I stop or delay my work. Will it hamper my notice period? LWD etc. need some genuine advice please.

You need to work if it is assigned. Try to show some significant process on daily basis Work atleast 5-6 hours if not complete 8 hours and utilitize those 2-3 hours for preparation.

You are supposed to work in notice period if you are in a project and assigned work. So better you manage both work and preparation
