What should be the a reasonable package? We have only raised an angel round. I’m afraid that we can’t compete with the likes of big tech. Looking for a practical answer to think about this. How is the job scene in general these days for engineers?

The pay range should be whatever you can realistically afford bro. Engineers will ask whatever they feel like, you should know how much you can offer for what level of experience.
