I'm out of project but not from project account, RMG not approving my release as I have only 1 year experience, what should I do now?

Usually few accounts will not release the associates from their account. Do one thing, if you want to work with any project which is outside of ur account means just accept it. But don't inform to RMG. From backend ur new project will take care of ur allocation once the allocation done from your new project RMG can't do anything.

Later, if ur new project may request for ur account transfer. Or you will be in your old unit but you'll be working for the new project.
