Trending @Accenture; i’m on notice period and it affecting my teammates deliveries, how should I manage my exit process

I’m average performer in my team but was close in contact with all top performers in my team. I have good debugging skill so they find me really helpful. Apart from that we spend good time apart from work like outings and travel.

Since I resigned those top performers really lost their excitement from work. Many considering for release and resign.

My fear is how it will affect my exit process?? can my manager really spoil my exit process in terms of exploiting team culture or anything like that.
