Trending @Accenture; I'm on notice but no vp still now

Hi,

Currently I'm serving notice period but my lwd will be next month 28, my lead is saying there no option for my varible pay to release.

But one of my friend got the variable pay they are leaving next month though.

Leads..any insights would be helpful..
