I’m on bench in BFSI unit
I know the client in other business unit they are ready to take and tag me in their client .
Is that possible take the client in other business unit.
Business unit client manager accepted my profile.
I was on bench for 4 months and it took lot of effort to get a release and allocate in other project. U have to go and meet RMGs every day and keep asking the update. That’s the only way. Trust me benching seems beautiful cause you are getting full salary and no work and take leaves and learn your own technology but it’s the same like having a career gap. I would suggest you to also look for switching companies you will get leased from company in 15 days no worries about notice period of 3 months. Just make sure the other companies don’t know why are getting released in 15 days. Just say I’m on notice period that’s it.
After release RMG will float you profile in same unit, in 15days if you don't get any project then they will float your profile in other units then other project will be able to allocate you..
